Great local breakfast spot with patio and indoor seating. Family friendly! Keep your parking space and walk to Tempe town lake and Mill Ave nearby. Parking is limited at Tempe Town lake, so I recommend parking at Matt's and walking over.

Laid back eatery. It is located in Safeway's parking, lot 4 minutes or 1.5 miles from the Casita.

There are a few Matt’s locations around Phoenix now. There is one closer to the Biltmore district and then there is one in downtown Phoenix - either location is good.
