$3 Tecates and live music most nights without a douchey scene. The diner side has great food.

Hip nightclub and restaurant. Try the veggie chicken sandwiches, you will be astounded.

Great eats and drinks here. There is lots of bars, restaurants, and clubs surrounding Downbeat Diner. Parking free after 6pm. Best is to bar hop up and down this street. Very big art scene here. Artists and musicians hang on weekends. There is only cover charge if a band is playing somewhere and it is $5.
