So many tourist places are close to the lake and there's a wide path all around it for walkers and riders. In warm weather, spring through to autumn, you can hire an electric Go-boat from Kingston Foreshore and have a picnic out in the lake. Wonderful!

You can walk or bike around the lake, push bikes for hire and paddle boats. Picnic on its shores and watch the yachts.
