The flagship and original Gingerman site which opened nearly 25 years ago. It is a small intimate restaurant moments from the seafront. The food is exceptional...not cheap but worth it for a special occasion.

One of Brighton's finest restaurants. Great for a special occasion and their good value mid-week lunches. We love The Gingerman as it's fine dining but great value and a cosy atmosphere. The Gingerman is a 3 minute walk round the corner from Beaches Brighton on Norfolk Square.

Minute restaurant on the Brighton/Hove boundary for fine dining (if walking there along the beach, go inlands at 90 degrees when you get to the Peace Angel). Classic British and continental food; always flawless. Advance booking essential.
