The oldest gay bar in Copenhagen and one of oldest in all of Europe. Centralhjørnet has been going since 1917. Excellent shows are held every Thursday and Sunday (between October and April). Outdoor seating available during the summer months. On a side note this was H.C. Andersens stamværtshus.

If you are here at Christmas time, during the Easter holidays or at Halloween, then Central Corner is a must see. Their Christmas and Easter decorations are of another world. On a daily basis, Central Hjørnet is a gay bar, but when it is decorated for the holidays, it is a popular place where many Copenhageners start their evening, or have a little fun and a drink on the way home.

The oldest gay bar in the world still in existence, and by the way as much a neighborhood bar as a gay bar (famous for its over the top Christmas and Easter decorations if you should be here around those times of year)

It is a lovely gaybar with so much decorations in the holydays that you want believe your own eyes. Dragshows Thursdays and sundays
