A huge shopping mall, they have a lot of restaurants, apparel shops, kimono shops, cafe, aquarium, observatory on 60th floor, pokemon center, luxury restaurants and stuff.

For Pokemon and Anime fans, Sunshine City, Ikebukuro is a great day out. It also has restaurants, and a fantastic lookout on the 59th floor.
