This vineyard is situated on the road between Opua and Russell. Lovely wines, great pizzas and platters, and great friendly people. Lovely views over the bay to Paihia.

Great little vineyard with grazing menus close to Opua Easy walk from house via car ferry or drive and head onto Russell afterwards for an ice-cream after lunch

Omata Estate Vineyard and Kitchen is beautiful. The setting is superb with views of the vineyard and all the way across to Paihia. They have very good wine and do beautiful platters and wood fired pizzas. and wine tasting.The Omata Estate Pinot Gris is a favourite of ours. I Highly recommend you visit.
