If the weather is nice (I mean no rain, no clouds, no wind), this is a spot you want to be as a tourist. It has a 360 degree Berlin skyline, located at the top of a historical shopping mall. The entrance is a bit weird, you take the elevator and climb on top this mall and enter a parking lot and start asking yourself what the hell is happening. But then it is worth it. Might require a small entrance fee depending on the day and time.
