This is the SECOND BEST wine bar in the neighborhood. LJ is the sommelier there and his descriptions and taste for wine is awesome. The food there is farm to table and delicious.

A cozy restaurant on the outskirts of hells kitchen with amazing food and superior service. The place is small so not for large parties and you might end up sharing a high table with others but don't let that deter you from trying out this gem.
