Vječna Vatra (Eternal fire) is a memorial to those who liberated Sarajevo during World War II. It has open flame that is always burning so that Sarajevo’s liberators will be forever remembered.

Eternal Flame is monument to military and civilian victims of the Second World War in Sarajevo. Was made on 6 April 1946, the first anniversary of the liberation of Sarajevo from Nazi occupation.
