Very highly acclaimed restaurant. No menu, you eat what they serve which is always in season and meticulously prepared. Must be booked very well in advance.

We have a Michelin Star restaurant on the Isle of Anglesey!!! Located in the heart of Menai Bridge, within a historical Butcher’s Shop, our dining experience is a little different to most. We create a series of dishes using the best locally sourced produce available to us on the day providing a unique culinary journey not found anywhere else.

One of only seven restaurants to be awarded a Michelin star in Wales. Sosban is only a 15 minute drive away in Menai Bridge. The food is incredible. Early booking essential.

Very highly regarded with prices to match. Only open for short periods so as well to book well in advance

Anglesey's first Michelin star restaurant and definately worth a visit. But booking is a must, it is a very popular restaurant that is usually full 6 month in advance. Food is spectacular. (3 minutes walk)
