The Love Shack- 1 Bedroom Retreat

This cozy, rustic cottage is perfect for settling in, relaxing, fishing, swimming, and reading a book. Yes, you can do all of that simultaneously. Shallow, warm water awaits you at this simple oasis. Relax under the large covered deck on a hanging swing or soak in the sun on the lower deck. Inside there is one bedroom with a double bed with storage under. The kitchen, living room with futon, and dining room are convenient areas. A pint of Knapp's Sapp Shack syrup is provided upon arrival.

Sawmill Bay Getaway

Escape to your own slice of paradise with this 3 bed, 1.5 bath winterized cottage nestled on the tranquil shores of Sawmill Bay/Lake Ontario. Stunning lake views and the most amazing sunsets make this retreat perfect for family getaways or romantic escapes. We do not have a "beach" but have water access from the rock shore and are near public launches and marinas. Enjoy fishing, boating, kayaking, nearby restaurants, shops and a winery (across the street). Your Sawmill Bay Getaway awaits!

The Lake Ontario Hotel Room

Come and enjoy our cozy and unique hotel room type atmosphere located right in the middle of town! We are located next to a gift shop, across the street from two restaurants and a diner and the public lakefront Park and new access point is also across the street and about a 3 minute walk to public fishing and more! Small back deck, Wi-Fi, small mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Just 15 minutes or so to the thousand islands and located in the heart of outstanding fishing and boating!

The perfect place for your ice-fishing or winter getaways. Bring your snowmobiles or ATVs to access the ice directly from the property. Chaumont Bay, one of the world’s largest freshwater bay, is a sought-after destination known for ice fishing & winter sports. Utilize our 2-car garage to store your winter gear out of the elements. After a long day of ice fishing or snowmobiling, arrive home to warm up by the gas fireplace. Room to sleep 6-10. 3 bedrooms, 2 futons, & 2 sleeper sofas.

Peaceful Getaway

Kick back and relax in this peaceful space. Guest house has two twin beds, private bathroom, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small refrigerator. WiFi access, outdoor grill with outdoor dining and seating area all under a 16x24 pavilion. This property offers incredible views, fish jumping and canoe and kayak access. End your incredible day fishing off the dock with s’mores at the fire pit. Hunters and fishermen welcome. Plenty of parking so bring your motorized toys! See you soon!

Welcome to the Hideaway Cabin, where you can unwind in the embrace of nature. Here, you can sizzle your favorites on the grill, lounge in the Adirondack chairs on the balcony, or simply relax indoors. Come evening, gather by the firepit on the porch to watch the fireflies dance or relax in the hot tub on the back porch. It's the ideal blend of natural serenity and homely comfort. In the winter, cozy up by the woodstove in the living room and catch up on your favorite TV shows.

Bay Breeze

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This cozy and quaint 400 square foot cottage that sleeps 2 via a queen bed. It boasts a full bathroom with shower as well as an efficiency kitchen complete with microwave, refrigerator and a gas stove. Relax on the front porch, head down to the fire pit, or fish off the dock of the famous “Taylor boathouse”. You can also explore or dine in one of the many waterfront towns in the area such as Clayton or Sacketts Harbor.

The Willow Cabin

Welcome to your winter getaway at this charming cabin, perfectly designed for ice fishing enthusiasts! Nestled in the picturesque Chaumont Bay, our cozy retreat is one of five cottages that provide direct access to the frozen waters, allowing you to step right out onto the ice for an unforgettable fishing experience. Whether you're here visiting the area, or looking to try your hand at fishing, this cabin in Chaumont Bay is your perfect base for adventure.

Tiny Hideaway - Cozy Waterfront Escape

The tiny hideaway is an adorable tiny camp (might have to duck if you are over 5feet 11 in doorway and bathroom) on Chaumont bay. Year round camp. It’s great for a small family or a get away for a couple. Great private water front to enjoy with a dock. Bring drinking water as it’s on a shore well and is not drinkable. ICE FISHERMAN: I do not suggest accessing the ice in-front of the camp. Most guest access at long pt 1.5 down the road.

The Annex, private hot tub

Spectacular views are yours from this newly renovated 1 bedroom cottage on Sawmill Bay. Three great local restaurants, shopping, marinas, tennis courts, public beach and boat launch are all within walking distance or a short drive away. Plenty of outdoor space on a private quiet road make this an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway. NOTE: Hot tub is CLOSED from January 1 to April 1.
