It’s three miles from Emerson Park, 15 minutes from downtown Skaneateles, 20 minutes from Fillmore Glen State Park and minutes from downtown Auburn. It's close to many lakeside rentals and wedding venues (Emerson Park Pavilion, Springside Inn, Owasco CC and more). It features a pleasant outdoor seating area with a table and fire pit.

The HONEOYE suite is located on the 1st floor in the historic downtown district of Auburn situated between historic mansions of Auburn's past. This older home does have smaller bedrooms and kitchen, the living space is quite spacious, offering a Roku 58" smart tv and 32" tv's in each bedroom. There is a private patio off the bonus room which gets morning sun. A/C mid may to mid Sept only, in 1 bedroom and living area. Infant pack n play available for use. (fireplace is decorative)
