There are plenty of places nearby to explore, or just sit and relax while looking out the back window to see if any deer are visiting the backyard. Within walking distance is Hedges-Boyer Park where you’ll find walking trails and a creek. Only a 5 minute drive to both Tiffin and Heidelberg Universities. Downtown Tiffin is at the end of the street where you will find many local shops and eateries.

Rusty's Loft

Rusty's Loft is a second story chalet style one room apartment. With 360 degree views of farm fields, woods and a pond. There is a large wrap around deck with comfortable furniture. The 900 sf space includes a full bath and full kitchen with all appliances and accessories. The full bath is fully furnished with lots of towels and bathroom necessities. There’s a campsite behind the loft with a double swing and rocking chairs as well as a fire pit and included firewood.

Your group will be comfortable in this old world - unique space on the second level. Large picture window in living room and a view of the river from every window. Please be aware that the entrance to the apartment is the green stairway that is shown in the pictures.
