The perfect waterfront retreat! Great deep-water canal off Homosassa River! No bridges. 2/2 upstairs with cedar wood interior and Trex deck. Downstairs, an additional bed in an open alcove area, bathroom, and a game room. This is a gated peninsula property. Our home and boat dock is available as a rental. It is a 2-story stilt home. There is a 50’ boat dock that sits behind our home with a boat lift. Boat lift is not available. Great fishing and casual waterfront dining!
