Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Ground level has a lovely decking area with an outdoor shower (cold water), a fridge for chilled outdoor drinks and a hammock for guest use. Perfect for surfing and beach activities.

Manu Propria overlooks the stunning North Cornish coastline with views from Pentire Head to Lundy Island. The nearest beach is located at the bottom of the picturesque Trebarwith Valley with nearby parking, or is only half an hour on foot via country lanes and footpaths. A great base for exploring Tintagel, Boscastle, Port Isaac and Bodmin Moor. Manu Propria has been inspected and approved by Quality In Cornwall, who work in partnership with Visit Cornwall, Cornwall's official Tourist Board.

It is within walking distance of Tintagel Castle and two fantastic Cornish pubs, plus conveniently located for many tourist attractions. The cottage has four bedrooms, a large eat-in kitchen , a garden and outside terrace with table and seating, a cosy sitting room with a wood burning stove, a games room with table-football and parking for three cars.

The house has a BBQ, smart TV, Ping Pong table, surf boards, books, games and hot outdoor shower. The garden is full of flowers with a south facing deck, perfect for dining outside. It sleeps 7/8 comfortably in 4 rooms. The queen room is small, for one person or cosy up! Summer house (Mar to Oct) can sleep 3.

The property occupies an incredible location in beautiful North Cornwall, on the coast road between Crackington Haven and Widemouth Bay. A self-contained, single-level property that is close to Davidstow & Bodmin Moor and a short drive to Boscastle, Tintagel, Bude and Camelford. It is well placed for local walks and excursions. There is outside space to enjoy along with views to Roughtor, the moor & the tallest hill in Cornwall, Brown Willy. The grassland around the property is perfect for active little legs (children or pets) to have a good stretch - we've even got enough tarmac for bikes, skateboards and roller-skates!
