Situated in the North Lakes, Church View is a grade II listed building with it's own private entrance. Ground floor hall, utility and stairs to the first floor with shower room and kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven and hob, microwave and toaster. The open plan living area is cosy with sofa and futon, Radio,TV with Netflix, YouTube etc and WiFi. One bedroom with double bed.
