Welcome to our newly renovated summer house nestled in the heart of the beautiful and peaceful Asserbo Plantage. This is one of the few homes with direct access to the forest. Here, nature is right outside your door. The house has been renovated with great care, combining Scandinavian design with the relaxed charm of a forest cabin. Asserbo is known for its stunning scenery and proximity to some of Denmark’s finest beaches. There are beautiful walking and cycling routes right outside the door.

(5 min/bil, 10 min/cykel, 30 min/ gåben). Hovedhuset besidder stort køkkenalrum, brændeovn, spiseplads til 6 pers, soveværelse m. QSize-bed, kammer m. 1 enkeltseng. Badeværelse m. toilet, brus/siddebadekar, vaskemaskine. Brøggers med opvaskemaskine. Anneks: 2 senge. 3 sovepladser og varmepumpe, så der altid er tørt og rart.

A mountainbike ride in the forest. Surfing at the beach 5 mins away. Dining in Liseleje after having shot a few hoops at the street basket ball court. Big enough for the whole family - plus a few friends! NOTE: Rental of summer houses is generally without bedsheets in DK. That is also the case here. Please bring your own!

The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. Huset har loft til kip, store panoramavinduer og en lys, nordisk indretning med fantastisk havudsigt. Åbent køkken-alrum og stue med direkte udgang til haven og stranden. Indeholder 3 soveværelser og 2 moderne badeværelser og åbent køkken alrum . Perfekt til familie eller venner, der ønsker ro, natur og komfort helt tæt på vandet.

På det skønne Halsnæs tæt ved Lynæs , udlejes denne unikke bolig der ligger midt i en blomsterhave. Det er nyistandsat med respekt for huset 170 års historie med køkken og bad. Huset har egen indgang, terrasse, parkeringsplads og er ugenert fra resten af ejendommen. Der er 2 cykler til rådighed. Huset egner sig ikke til børn under 12 år. Der er en trappe midt i boligen hvor børn kan komme alvorligt til skade hvis de falder ned.

Din familie vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende bolig. Sommerhuset ligger tæt på både Liseleje, Tisvildeleje, Hundested, Lynæs og Frederiksværk. Danmarks bedste badestrande og hyggelige handelsbyer. Huset er omkranset af smuk natur og tæt på Danmarks største sø Arresø. Der ca 1 km. til nærmeste købmand. Det er et meget indbydende og hyggeligt hus med god plads både ude og inde.
