Bring your boat: this property is 15 minutes from Umphrey Pavilion and only 1 mile from Sandy Creek Boat Ramp. You are welcome to fish anywhere on the property.

This cozy house is located in a quiet neighborhood and is the perfect place to get away from it all. This house can sleep five guest. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. In the kitchen there is an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker. In the backyard there is a deck, fire ring, fish cleaning station. There is water access when the lake is at near full pool guest will be able to dock their boat. There also is a community boat launch. We added a hot tub.

Fire pit (with firewood) in large yard and outdoor kitchen with fish cleaning station, sink, charcoal grill, gas burner, electric fryer on large covered porch. Dogs are allowed with pet fee. Sip coffee on the covered deck and take in the beautiful sunrise over the lake surrounded by Sabine National Forest. Keep an eye out for Bald Eagles, and an Osprey nest atop a 20 ft high tree stump just a quarter mile from shore. The mobile home is inside Mid Lake Campground located on Toledo Bend, one of the best bass fishing lakes in the country, and we have the best crappie fishing right below our marina.
