Welcome to your own little Hobbiton, the self - catering holiday apartment which is attached to and below the main bungalow. The accommodation is central for most tourist attractions and beaches. The apartment contains a double bedroom, a WC/ bath/ shower room, the lounge/ kitchen/ dining room is open plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge and microwave. Secure parking for one vehicle is available. Sorry, smoking/ pets are not allowed . The apartment is unsuitable for children.

Bolitho Barton is a historic farmstead in the wild centre of the peninsula, yet within easy reach of both the north and south coastlines. The Annexe is a cosy modern space adjoined to the old farmhouse, with its own conservatory and garden. Situated in a meadow on our smallholding, our luxury 5 meter Bell Tent is perfect for a cosy getaway. Being only 2 1/2 miles from the beaches of Portreath and Porthtowan, it is ideally situated for exploring the north Cornish Coast. The shower room (which is shared if our Shepherd's Hut, which sleeps two, is also occupied) is only a few yards away from the tent in our beautifully converted horse trailer. We are able to offer storage for surf boards, bikes etc.
