In the most southern part of Stockholm archipelago you will find our cosy little "bush retreat" at Torö/Svärdsö, 10 min drive from Torö stenstrand (pebble beach). Feel free to use our surfboards and go for a surf, use our rowing boat only, 10-15min walk from the cottage! 10-15 min drive to Nynäshamn where you can find almost everything and hang out in the harbor during the summer or if you want to explore Stockholm city, it is only 40-50 min drive. The busstop is only 100 meter from the cottage!

In the summer, the pool is open, and the skateboard ramp is available. The well-planned house is 30 sqm, with a toilet/shower, kitchen, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed, and a loft with two sleeping spaces. The living room has a combined sofa/bed. Outdoor patio with a large deck, and a grill is available. Surfboards/wetsuits can be borrowed.

Vi hyr ut vår gäststuga på populära Torö, en timme från Stockholm, perfekt för ett par eller lilla familjen. Stugan har kök (pentry), vattentoalett, nybyggd bastu och utedusch (finns varmvatten) och har en härlig altan med grill, matplats och soffhörna. Här finns wifi, smart-tv (med Netflix mm), och laddstolpe att tillgå vid förfrågan. Det är ca 500 meter till havet med fin badplats med både klippor och en liten sandstrand. För barnen finns studsmatta och en stor tomt att röra sig på.

Välkommen till stugan som ligger 200m från havet. Stugan har separat sovrum o badrum. Nybyggd altan med stor gräsmatta framför. Det härliga huset har gångavstånd (15 min) till pittoreska Trosa C med underbara restauranger, caféer o butiker. Stränder o Trosa Havsbad på gång- cykelavstånd. Påslakan samt handdukar ingår i priset. I badrummet finner ni tvål o schampo till ert förfogande. Ett par cyklar finns sommartid om ni vill upptäcka omgivningen. Passar 1-4 pers, bäst för 2.

På tomten finns bland annat, studsmatta, ett gästhus (5 sovplatser) på ca 45 m2 med sovrum, bäddsoffa, loft och toalett (eltoalett). I huvudhuset (4 sovplatser) finns bla fullt utrustat kök, badrum med vattentoalett och dusch samt en öppen spis. Cirka 500 meter från huset finns bastu och brygga. 2 kajaker finns att tillgå.

Cottage at Boholmsviken on the island Sävö

The cottage is beautifully situated close to the sea. Very basic standard. No running water nor electricity. Water is brought from Sävö farm where you can also charge your mobile. There is kitchenware such as cutlery, cups and plates and gas cooker. Bring your own sheets - there are mattresses, blankets and pillows. Sleeping bags are not allowed.
