The property offers an undercover alfresco area for dining, BBQ and 5 person spa with 3 bedrooms and 2 large living areas. Newly renovated bathroom and an entertainers fully equipped kitchen. Comfortably sleeps 13 people (Only large family bookings accepted, no party groups). Tastefully furnished with modern classic coastal feel.

In summer the balcony is a favorite place for breakfast, watching numerous native birds. Within a few minutes drive you will reach the center of Geelong, Deakin Uni, and the 3 major hospitals of Geelong. It's an easy drive to beautiful beaches, including the Great Ocean Road. To keep the building sustainable, there is solar hot water & power & rain tanks.

The waterfront, city centre & Geelong station are 5 minutes drive/20 minutes walk, with Woolworths less than 300m away. Quiet, pet friendly & equipped with the comforts of home including air conditioning, a full kitchen, full sized bath, washing machine, clothesline and a pet door that allows small dogs access to the fully fenced courtyard. Pets are allowed indoors.
