Our house was build more than one hundred years ago, with thinck limestone walls and high ceiling, at a few meters away from Polignano downtown and from Arco Marchesale, where you can find many restaurants, coffees and shops. Into the house you will find a desk and a library dedicated to book crossing. The books are availale for the guests: you should take away what you like and leave what you have readed, also with a message for the next reader.

Octopus house is in the heart of the old city, a real jewel, both for its privileged position and for its architectural beauty. The apartment is bright with large windows overlooking the Arco delle Meraviglie. The interior of the apartment has been renovated with great attention to detail, keeping the authentic atmosphere of old Bari intact. The stone walls, the vaulted ceilings make the atmosphere warm and welcoming.

Loft in pietra con balcone sul mare

Built between the 1300 and 1400s, a stone loft overlooking the Adriatic Sea. This building was first used a cannon house and throughout the following years served as a warehouse, a coal pit and an atelier of a renowned local painter. Today our family is committed to reviving this building and its history, providing guests with a unique and comfortable stay in the heart of Puglia.
