È composto da: ingresso soggiorno, angolo cottura, camera da letto, bagno e bagno di servizio. Il soggiorno è dotato di divano letto matrimoniale e tavolo estendibile. Goditi il relax a Casal Velino in pieno centro. L'immobile è in piazza, a pochi passi dal mare, dal Porto e dalle principali attrazioni. Perfetto per coppie che intendono godersi lo spettacolo della vista mozzafiato disponendo di ogni comfort. Il monolocale, recentemente ristrutturato, è al secondo piano e a pochi metri dalla spiaggia. È composto da una zona letto, da una cucina e da un bagno con un balcone vista mare.
