We'd love to have you as our guests on the Peaceful Side of the Smokies!! We're somewhat new to Airbnb, but not new to providing wonderful stays at our place in Townsend. Located 2 miles up the mountain from the Townsend Visitor Center, we're in a gated community (not a cabin village) that gives you a private, serene experience just 3 miles from the entrance to the Smokies. We’re in a private neighborhood, so we ask our guests to observe speed limits, one way roads, and quiet hours. Have fun!

Big Sky Lodge sits on 3.3 acres with 360 degree views of the mountains and woods. It is a brand new build with lots of quiet places to relax. We’ve paid attention to design details with plush beds, double oven, high end fireplace, custom cabinets, large deck, stamped patios and fire pit. The kitchen is loaded with nice pots and pans and pottery baking dishes. Every bedroom has a television as do both living rooms. The top of the property is locally considered one of the best views in Townsend.

Beautiful Cabin on pristine River just outside Townsend TN. Where you can enjoy the water & Wildlife including River otters, Bald Eagles , Blue Herons, Variety of Ducks , Osprey Falcon, Fishing and much more! Cabin boast large deck with Screen Porch. At ground level is Large covered patio area with grill, hot tub, & easy path to Lakefront access. Cabin features inside an abundance of Ship lap and fine wood work, Master has custom 2 in 1 grotto shower . Upstairs master has commanding views.

NOTE: We are 3 min from GSMNP, not 40 min as Airbnb states. Cozy & comfortable, with room for 3 but perfect for 2. Overlooking the Little River and located on the walking/biking trail in town. Less than 1 mile to Great Smoky Mtns. Nat. Park, across the river from Vee Hollow Bike Trails. River access on the property (the steps to the river may be difficult for some.) Need more room? The mountains are calling you to Cobblestone Manor, a beautifully maintained cabin nestled in the quiet side of the Smoky Mountains - Townsend, Tennessee. Just 10 minutes from the National Park and right in the heart of hiking, mountain biking, rafting, tubing, and so much more! The two covered decks are the perfect place to take in the sunrise coming up over the mountains. We aren't set up for parties or nightlife in our cabin or neighborhood, but the tradeoff is peace and tranquility!

Spend time here fishing in the river right outside your door, hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park 3 minutes away or taking a short drive into Knoxville for an iconic UT football game. If that doesn't fill your vacation with plenty to do, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are only a short drive away.
