(lounge not suitable for sleeping) Main bedroom, 6ft bed & a 3ft bed. 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds We are 1 minute walk from a long beach, coffee shops & a top class restaurant. Min stay 3 nights. E Gray house is a luxury retreat set in a beautiful woodland setting and right on the Waterford greenway. It is just a short cycle into Dungarvan town and to several beaches. Although you may find it hard to leave the stylish and comfortable interior when sat in front of the stove reading a book or watching your favourite programs projected onto our retractable 180cm screen. There is a lovely sea view from the cosy mezzanine bedroom that gently persuades you to slow down and enjoy the time away

We have been voted as one of Ireland’s top 50 places to stay by the Irish Independent #Fab50 ( number 26 :)) We spent two years renovating this 200 year old building. In May 2020, it featured on RTE Home of the year and became a finalist in the top 7 homes in Ireland. Irish lights built all 76 lighthouses & keepers houses in Ireland, and this is the only lighthouse keepers house in a town in Ireland!

Cosy chalet just a 20 minutes walk to the ocean. Beautiful sea views, facing the Metal Man. The Chalet is on our property right next to our house and has a large driveway to park and an EV charger. Newtown & Guillamene swimming coves nearby. 5mins drive to Tramore town that has long been associated with Irish tourism and offers a traditional seaside experience. The beach front features a long promenade and an amusement park in the summer.
