Only a 20 min drive for antiquing and dining in historic Madison or head to Athens, home to UGA and all the shopping, dining and night-life of a college town. Walk to all your favorite spots in town, including Athens' many award-winning restaurants, the Georgia Theater, UGA Campus, The Classic Center, and Sanford Stadium. We recommend the Washington Street deck for parking. Located at 125 West Washington Street with a $15 daily maximum. There is also street parking available that is metered throughout downtown.

Our cozy cottage lies in the heart of the popular Normaltown neighborhood in Athens. Easy access by foot/car to local bars, restaurants, parks, & other amenities. Downtown Athens/the UGA campus are just a short jaunt away! One of two identical units (each completely separate with private entrances and ventilation), the traditional shotgun style features one bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen/eating area, and a living room.
