Set in the beautiful countryside of Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park, this is an ideal base for both active and relaxing breaks. Walks and cycling trails start at the door. Lochs Achray and Venachar are within walking distance, spectacular Loch Katrine is just 10 minutes away by car while historic Stirling is within easy reach. Upstairs are two bright, ensuite bedrooms (one standard UK double, one king or twin). Downstairs is an open-plan living space, well-equipped kitchen and wet room.

The Anchorage, Family Friendly,Views, plus Kayaks

The Anchorage, Arrochar, was built circa 1913 and has been newly upgraded in December 2019 giving the cottage a luxurious interior with gas central heating and beautiful wood burning stove. Two ensuites and a beautiful bathroom provides guests with plenty of room whilst the large garden with pizza oven and BBQ has amazing views where guests can relax on the decking or seek shade in the lean to. Everyone can use the fire pit, games room or play area to keep occupied or use the Kayaks provided.

Old Smiddy Cottage with lochside hot tub and sauna

Short Term Let Licence No ST00306F A former blacksmiths workshop lovingly modernised to provide a bright and comfortable cottage. Located on the waters edge of Loch Katrine in the heart of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher etc. Linens are provided for your stay. For the 2026 season, we have a new hot tub and sauna available. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate a Sunday arrival or departure.

Ben View cottage in the Trossachs National Park is a cosy and comfortable base from which to explore the area. Located in the peaceful hamlet of Brig O’Turk, it is nestled between two lochs and surrounded by beautiful scenery. It has a well-equipped kitchen, a lounge/dining area and a separate bathroom. The cottage has good WiFi. Dogs are very welcome. The area is especially wonderful for walkers, wild swimmers and cyclists. Next to the cottage is a small garden with views of Ben Venue.

An Tuiric is the perfect country getaway nestled in the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. There are plenty of amazing walks right on your doorstep including Loch Achray (amazing ice cream at Achray Farm in the summer season!), Three Lochs drive, Lendrick Hill and Glen Finglas Dam. Callander is 10 mins drive, with great shops and historic Roman Camp. Or head west for a breathtaking drive past Loch Katrine, and over the Dukes pass and stunning scenery to Aberfoyle and Go Ape!

Altquhur Cottage is in a beautiful location with stunning views over the Campsie Fells, 10 minutes by car to the Bonnie Banks of Loch Lomond. The cottage is set on a farm with horses, cows and sheep in the surrounding fields and hens roaming around outside the garden. The cottage has a spacious dining kitchen, cosy living room with wood burning stove and comfortable sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom and utility room. This small terraced cottage is in the friendly village of Thornhill, a scenically short drive from the hiking, walking and biking trails of the Trossachs. Within the village there is small path network and two commons for evening strolls. Thornhill is perfectly located to explore Stirling, Callander, Doune and the surrounding countryside, including Blairdrummond Safari Park. The village boasts a fabulous pub/restaurant serving good food and chatty locals.
