This charming historical bungalow with views of Trout River and Rolliston Park is situated in a peaceful natural setting, yet is convenient to I-95, Jacksonville International Airport, JAXPORT Cruise Terminal, EverBank Stadium (home of the Jacksonville Jaguars), VyStar Ball Park, Dailey's Place Amphitheater, and the Jacksonville Zoo. The owners live nearby and are available to welcome and assist you. A fifth guest will be comfortable on the sunroom daybed. Please note: This is NOT a party venue.

Downtown, Stadium, Arena etc. 10 min Lounge on the deck or sit pool side while watching the sunrise/ sunset. Bring your kayaks and paddle across the river to the zoo, or find sharks teeth on the river islands. Fish off the dock and catch some of Florida's best: Reds, Trout, Flounder, Snapper, Blue Crabs.

Master bedroom features a cashmere topped California king bed. The property has so many amenities starting with a very large pool, lighted at night. A dock on the river to enjoy the views. Access to kayaks on premises. There’s a private clothing optional area/deck with a massage table , hot tub and loungers. We recently added a fire pit.

Beautiful pool home and private backyard oasis. This walkable neighborhood is quiet and popular with professionals and families. It's a short walk from many restaurants, bars, and entertainment. This home includes a heated* saltwater pool, pool table, huge covered lanai, fire pit, and campground-style grill. Enjoy this oasis, surrounded by tropical landscaping and pond. Access to I-95 and I-295 is round the corner. The location is close to the airport, the nice parks along Jacksonville coastline, the Zoo, downtown, the stadium and the beaches.
