This secluded three-bedroom home, situated right on the atv trail system. Plenty of parking space. Over four acres of private land with an enormous lawn that’s all yours to enjoy! With so many things to do in the area, there is something for everyone! The Adirondack Park border is just a couple miles up the road. There are many hiking trails as well as horse trails nearby as well. Rivers and Lakes to kayak, canoe, fish or swim in are in abundance here. You can also just relax!

Renting out my home ON the Salmon River. This listing is for "Unit A" which is the main part of the house. I also rent out a studio suite with a separate entrance (On the Salmon River! - Unit B), or you can rent both spaces by booking the "ON the Salmon River - Full House" listing. This listing can be booked 6 months in advance. The Full House listing can be booked 1 year in advance. The dock and laundry room are considered common areas for both units.
