Only 10 miles south of Old Forge and Enchanted Forest Water Safari. Also direct access to fuel and major snowmobile trails, not far from nearby hiking trails, Adirondack Scenic Railroad, and McCauley Mountain ski resort. This is a great place to stay to relax and not have the traffic of town.

Enjoy this riders paradise. We would love for you to enjoy our home away from home. This two bedroom, one bath home is directly on the atv trails and an easy ride to the snowmobile trails. Close to the ADK state park, fishing, hiking and both downhill and cross country skiing. Four beds and access to two single cots (upon request) makes it a great retreat for you and your riding group. Plenty of parking for your trailer and machines (garage not available for guest use).

This secluded three-bedroom home, situated right on the ATV trail system, has over four acres of private land with an enormous lawn that’s all yours to enjoy! With so many things to do in the area, there is something for everyone! The Adirondack Park border is just a couple miles up the road. There are many hiking trails as well as horse trails nearby as well. Rivers and Lakes to kayak, canoe, fish or swim in are in abundance here. You can also just relax!

Welcome to our house. We offer 2 bedrooms both with queen size beds. The property is located within 5 miles of two marinas, along with The Elms Golf Club and is located on Lindsey Creek, that has access to North and South Sandy Pond, as well as Lake Ontario via canoe or kayak. Amenities include: washer, dryer , fully equipped kitchen, bedding, towels, wood . A great multi season property. We offer a one canoe for use. We also have wi fi and tv.
