The area of the APP is 34 m2 + terrace 35m2 with summer kitchen. Terrace belongs only to this APP and it is covered and hidden and closed with a small door. Open view by the sea. The APP has a two rooms connected by a door, and a bathroom. The large room has a double bed, at the small room are three floor single beds.
