Coshelly Steading is on the edge of Rothienorman, a village with a pub, a Chinese and an excellent Morrisons Daily shop, all about 10 minutes walk from the house. It is a newly converted steading, attached to our house and surrounded by fields. Plenty of parking, WiFi, TV etc. Dogs are welcome. There are mountains, the coast and many castles, all within easy driving distance and plenty of pleasant walks nearby. Free range eggs from our chickens, when they are in the mood.

West Lodge 3 bedrooms, near golf course and river.

West lodge is a 3 bedroom bungalow that use to be the gate lodge at the top of the drive from the road down to the River Deveron. The utility rm is spacious with washing machine ,sheila maid and large fridge freezer. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, sitting room has a wood burner, tv and patio doors. Bathrooms have walk in showers. The bedrooms are all spacious. Outside has a patio area with table, fire pit small garden a dog kennel. Golf course nearby.

The Waves

The Waves is a 3 bedroom family-friendly house situated in the costal town of Macduff, Aberdeenshire. It can sleep up to 5 adults comfortably or 4 adults and 2 children. The Waves is a terraced house within 5 minutes of the golf course and the beach and is an ideal home from home to enjoy with friends and family. Macduff, and the nearby town of Banff, offer bars, restaurants, shops, swimming pool, museum and heritage buildings, aquarium and 2 golf courses.

The Garden Bothy is our warm and cosy couple's retreat. Situated in a quiet corner the of the estate next to the Walled Garden it is an ideal place to hideaway for some peace and quiet and to enjoy the lovely walks around the estate. It is a stones throw from Garden Cottage, our other property which can also be booked if you want to bring company on holiday but have your own space too.
