Sulle colline del Chianti, porzione di antica casa colonica in pietra del 1800, situata a S. Filippo una piccola frazione di Barberino Tavarnelle, a metà strada tra Firenze e Siena, a 30 minuti di macchina dall'aeroporto di Firenze, a 1 ora da quello di Pisa. Tre camere da letto, due bagni, ampia sala con camino, cucina abitabile e sala da pranzo. Vista magnifica sulle colline da ogni finestra! Splendida piscina a sfioro con zona idromassaggio, non riscaldata e aperta da Aprile a Ottobre.

La grotta

Il mio alloggio è nel centro storico del paese. Si trova a soli 10 km dalle Terme di Sorano, mentre a 20km possiamo trovare il Lago di Bolsena e le Terme di Saturnia (spa). Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: luminoso, panoramico, pulito ed accogliente. Adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici). NB: se la prenotazione è per due persone si intende un solo letto, per un letto in più è necessario prenotare almeno per 3 persone.

La casa, di origini antichissime e unica nel suo genere ha una struttura divisa su più livelli di modesta metratura con ambienti originali e suggestivi. A livello strada troviamo l'ingresso sul salottino e un bagno con terrazzo. Salendo la scala si accede alla zona notte con 1 camera matrimoniale con vista sulla vallata e 1 singola open space con letto a castello e finestra sul borgo. Al piano inferiore la cucina completa di elettrodomestici da accesso al giardino esclusivo e riservato.

Located within the Borgo Santa Maria Farmhouse, immersed in the green countryside of the Umbrian countryside, a stone's throw from Tuscany, this house is the ideal place to spend a holiday of nature and art tourism. The pool and the garden are places to relax to sip a glass of wine at sunset, read a book on the hammock, in absolute tranquility. There is a BIO vegetable garden, aromatic herbs, and seasonal fruit such as blackberries, raspberries, currant, raisins and much more.

Antico frantoio completamente ristrutturato in bioedilizia nel 2014 e trasformato in accogliente casa in stile rustico con giardino privato. Completamente indipendente, nel centro storico del borgo medievale di Lugnano in Teverina (Umbria). E' possibile raggiungere a piedi il borgo servito da alimentari, ristorante, bar. La piscina comunale si trova a pochi passi dalla casa. Lugnano in Teverina è nella valle del Tevere, area ricca di storia e natura.

There is a place a few steps away from the famous Versilia (Tuscany) called Borgo Metato Toscana. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. Il FICO is part of this place.
