Unwind at this unique & tranquil gem in a hidden neighborhood looking over the Back River to Tybee. The beach is accessible by car, or kayak from our dock for the adventurous soul. With miles of marsh on one side, & the Back River flowing to the ocean on the other, enjoy sunrises & sunsets. Use the salty beach bikes, kayaks, canoe, jump off the dock, build a (responsible) fire in the pit, or relax on the patio. This cozy downstairs suite has its own entrance in a private home. Two private beach entrances are only steps away! We are only a few hundred yards from the famous Tybee Lighthouse, North Beach Grille, and all the amenities in the North Tybee area! Whimsical, 1940s Cottage 4 blocks to the Ocean!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Peaceful setting and super quiet neighborhood. Enjoy my amazing slice of heaven! Private garden with umbrella, and seating, covered front porch with butterfly garden. 4 blocks to the beach ( sunrise) & 4 blocks to the back river for incredible sunsets and 8 blocks to the downtown district and peir. This is a house split in half, so locked doors between you but noise consideration is appreciated!
