Location, location, location! The Hidden Pearl is a restored 1910 cottage; said to have been part of the old Ft Screven army base on the north side of the island. You can feel your shoulders relax when you walk in the door. Ideal location on a quiet residential street, but only 500 steps (1/4 mile) from the beach, pier, or bars and restaurants on the south end of the island. 2nd story front and back porches. House on a corner lot. Offers amazing people watching.

Maddie's Seaside is the newest completely restored Jane Coslick cottage. This is the perfect place to explore Tybee Island with your family for a vacation they will remember for years to come. This precious cottage is located just steps away from the beach and the famous Chu's Department store. With 4 Bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a large living area, a back deck under a large shaded pecan tree and an outdoor shower with a dressing room. It simply can't get any better than this!

Whimsical, 1940s Cottage 4 blocks to the Ocean!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Peaceful setting and super quiet neighborhood. Enjoy my amazing slice of heaven! Private, whimsical, side patio with charcoal grill, great front porch, and super quiet area. Yet, only 4 blocks to the beach & back river for incredible sunsets and 8 blocks to the downtown district and peir. This is a house split in half, so locked doors between you but noise consideration is appreciated!
