This beach cottage is great for a small family or a group of friends. Sleeps up to 4 between a king bed and a full-size sofa bed in the living room.

The Houseboat on Tybee Island

Located at the Tybee Island Marina on Lazaretto Creek, along the western boundary of Tybee Island, The Houseboat offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views nestled in a serene spot between the beach on Tybee or a day exploring Savannah. Due to its location on a floating dock in a tidal creek, with low tides making for a difficult/steep transition between the floating and stationary docks, The Houseboat is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.

Centrally located between Historic Savannah and Tybee Island, enjoy day trips to visit these amazing places and return to a relaxing and romantic retreat style stay.

Stunning Views, Short Walk to Beach, Private

Best of both worlds. Great place to view herons, egrets even an occasional otter from the back porch, yet only a 6-minute walk to the secluded Tybee North Beach. After guests go down a private lane, relax and enjoy the tidal creek views and birds on. For cooler months, we have a fireplace. From the middle of June to July 2026, 7 night minimum, Saturday to Saturday, check in/check out required.
