The Old Bond Store is situated in the heart of the CBD a short walk from the main street with uninterrupted harbour views . This large one-bedroom, mezzanine apartment has everything needed with a built in robe and a comfortable queen size bed. With a modern kitchen, a breakfast bar, dishwasher and open planned living with a gas fire heater. A private balcony overlooks the harbour. There is an office space with Wi-Fi. 84 Gipps Cottage is an early 1850s historical stone and timber cottage on centrally located Gipps Street. The cottage is set in the Port Fairy village precinct close to restaurants, cafes and boutique shopping. It is within easy walking distance to stunning beaches, the wharf area and is well situated to explore the locality on foot. The Cottage has been sensitively renovated and offers modern comforts while maintaining a truly authentic experience of historic Port Fairy.

Duck-in

The space is a simple attic/loft, set in a large garden with great views of the wetland and the ocean. We are a few minutes walk from Killarney beach which is a very safe swimming spot and Port Fairy is 10 minutes down the road. There is heaps of birdlife and when you are in the loft it feels a bit like a tree house. It has a compact bathroom and basic kitchenette with sink, microwave, kettle and bar fridge but no stove. Access is via an external spiral staircase.

Ella Blue Absolute Beachfront

Ella Blue has beautiful 180 degree views over the East Beach. You are so close you could touch it! This beach front property is well suited to a couple or family of four. A large deck spans the upstairs apartment which gives you amazing views and is perfect to enjoy a very relaxing holiday. The apartment is the upstairs section of a holiday house and has a private entrance. With the town within walking distance this apartment is a wonderful escape from reality.

Clonmara Front Garden Cottage Two

Our place is great for enjoying laid back country life. You are just 1.5km to the middle of Port Fairy township with shops, cafes, pubs & beaches but also uniquely located in a country style setting. The cottage is set amongst our other independent accommodation. We do stress that the Cottage is located at the front of the property on Princes Highway so you do get road noise from trucks but we have had many guests stay, enjoy & the price reflects this.
