A wonderful simple house, 40 sqm, facing south directly by the sea. The private simple natural beach is very suitable for children. A small kitchen with necessary facilities as dishwasher, stove, fridge, freezer and microwave. Bathroom with WC, shower. Outside do you also have access to a bbq grill and a rowing boat. There is no door to the sleeping areas, but they are separated. You can get here easily by car or by the public bus. Sheets / towels (250SEK/p) and cleaning (900SEK) can be rented.

The main house has a big veranda directly outside the kitchen (10-14). Also inside dining area is big. Main house = 4 bedrooms = 8 people (3 double & 2 single. Possible extra bed. At an additional cost you can also rent an small house fitting 4. Deposit for the boat 5000 SEK. Transport to Island with taxi boat or according to agreement.

Next to the sea, there is a newly built charming house designed by an architect, with own access to a new sauna house! The house is located on Smådalarö in the Stockholm archipelago! The house has a southwest location. This means that you will have direct sunlight for most of the day and evening in the summer. Enjoy the sea view while you eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. Just a few steps away from taking a dip in the sea! The house also has a fireplace with large windows facing the water!

Huset ligger på en stor gräsmatta, som gjord för lek och spel, med utsikt, 2 minuters promenad till hav o strand. NV består av kök med matplats, matsal, vardagsrum, WC, 2 sovrum med dubbelsängar. Övre plan har ett sovrum med två sängar och ett sovrum med dubbelsäng samt badrum. Källarplan har bastu, dusch och tvättstuga. Uteplats med bubbelpool, öppen spis, grill och trädgårdsmöbler. Nära till buss, 45 min till Stockholm. Ev. kan båtplats vid brygga ordnas.

Utöver stor, öppen tomt som brukar uppskattas av både barn och husdjur får du även tillgång till egen bastu och har tillgång till bad i 3 olika sjöar inom bara 10 minuters promenad och du kan välja att bada från såväl sandstrand som brygga eller klippor.
