Located in the heart of Lviv, this spacious 70 square meter, renovated loft offers the comforts of modern life while it still shows some of its original features dating from the end of 19th century. All modern essential amenities are provided for the comfort of travelers. Major Lviv landmarks, museums, restaurants and bars are within a 5 to 7 minute walk. We hope for guests understanding in case of power shortages due to the current situation in Ukraine, which are out of our control.

Vintage house has more than 120 years. The house has wooden staircase entrance. The apartment located on the 3rd floor of the house, no elevator inside. At house are living real Ukrainian neighbors, please be ready to see non tourist part of their life)). On the territory of the house cats move freely.

Sumskaya street is a central street, in the beginning of it located our apartment, opposite is Ave Plaza and best boutiques, cafes, restaurants. In a five minutes from there located Historical museum, Pokrovsky Monastery, Uspensky belltower, Kharkiv Philarmony, Theater of Opera and Ballet(HATOB), Shevchenko park, Kharkov Zoo and the biggest square of Europe - Maydan Nezalezhnosty.
