You can go snowboarding and skiing in Sölden or Hochötz. The ski resorts are just a few minutes' drive away! (Free ski bus in winter!) Umhausen is perfect for families: hiking, cycling, mountain climbing, swimming, and much more! All activities can be found practically right outside your doorstep! Children are warmly welcome with us

Die 2012 erbaute Residenz Berghof befindet sich wunderschön gelegen in der Olympia Region Seefeld mit Blick auf das Dorf Mösern und die größte freihängende Glocke Tirols - die Friedensglocke, die jeden Tag um 17 Uhr als Zeichen des Friedens läutet. Dieser wunderschöne Fleck Erde wird wegen seiner Sonnen verwöhnten Höhenlage auf 1200 m das Schwalbennest Tirols genannt. Das Apartment Isabella befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage in der Mitte vom Ötztal 5 min vom Ortskern der Gemeinde Umhausen entfernt. Das Apartment mit ca. 33 m² im Erdgeschoss mit eigenem Eingang verfügt über ein Doppelzimmer, einen Wohnraum mit Esstisch und voll ausgestatteter Küchenzeile inklusive Geschirrspüler, sowie ein Schlafsofa für eine 3. Person oder für 2 Kinder. Zusätzlich gibt es ein Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC und eine kleine, gemütliche Terrasse.

This newly built holiday apartment is located in Umhausen in the Ötztal Valley. Umhausen is only 10 minutes drive away from the ski area in Ötz and 25 minutes from Sölden. There is a seating area and a kitchen. Towels and bed linen are featured at the apartment. Other facilities include a terrace and free parking. Innsbruck Airport is 35 km from the property. Please note that the local tax is not included in the price ( € 4 per adult per day)
