Pheasant's Roost

Set within a hillside in Ryedale sits Pheasant's Roost. This unique underground home offers comfort and scenery all in one. The private hot tub and patio over look the Howardian Hills. It also the perfect place to watch the sunset and later on the gaze at the beautiful clear night skies. If wildlife is your thing, there is plenty to see from our resident barn owl to the deer grazing in the early morning. This spacious pod has a fully equipped kitchen and underfloor heating.

Seaside Beach House + Smugglers Caves

love the seaside? This house is literally on the beach. Every room has full sea views. It is a heritage listed house with 3 double bedrooms and one bunk room. It has private smugglers caves, wood burning stove, brick bbq, wood burning pizza oven, a record player, space invaders and table football. This house has been specifically designed as a high end family house not a party house. I have a very good relationship with my neighbours and would like to keep it that way.

With plenty of parking onsite, its close to The Forest of Dean, two miles to the River and Ross on Wye.

Carsaig Cave at Cuan is set on the shores of Cuan Sound, it is the ideal location for kayakers, walkers and those wishing to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Carsaig Cave, along with Cuan Cave, Alexandra Lifeboat, Mary Heather Lifeboat, Cuan Bunkroom and small campground are part of the facilities we provide here on Argyll's rugged coastline.
