A fun horror film themed private suite located in the Newtown neighborhood, within walking distance to downtown / bars and restaurants. Complete with photo worthy hearse available for pictures, this is a perfect spot for October or year round horror fans! It's a small place, but very cozy! Our cozy, 1950’s cottage is within steps of UGA’s campus and is perfect for game days, college visits, wedding guests, or a weekend getaway to the Classic City. It’s only a half a mile walk to Sanford Stadium, which makes it the perfect spot for football season. The home is less than a mile from downtown Athens and a mile from Five Points. Complete with stone paths and terraced landscaping, the large backyard is shaded by a canopy of oak trees.
