Our single floor home has three bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms with a bonus outdoor shower. Our kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all of the essential cookware. Our home is located less than a mile for the North Cape May Beaches and around 3 miles to Downtown Cape May and Cape May Beaches.

On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. This quaint and cozy cottage is steps from the Mullica River and 1 mile from Historic Batsto Village and the Sweetwater Riverdeck & Marina. This property offers direct backyard Mullica River access for swimming, fishing, kayaking, canoeing. There are kayaks and a canoe on site available for guest use. Property also has a riverside fire pit with Adirondack chairs.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This three bedroom house is located two blocks from the Delaware bay. Take a nice sunset stroll down the bay or enjoy a dinner on the back deck. After the sun goes down light up the gas fire pit in the back yard to wind down! It is a short 15 minute drive to both Cape May and Wildwood if you’re visiting for the beach or just a relaxing trip. You can find many different restaurants and things to do around town!
