Welcome to this cozy white house that's said to be built in the 17th century. Perfect for a mini-getaway or in connection to a flight from Arlanda (only 11 minutes with car!). Have a warm bath in the hot tub under the open skies – maybe with a glass of sparkling wine (included). The small cottage is located on the backside of our main house, surrounded by white red houses with white trim. The standard is simple but charming. It's close to fields and walking lanes through the forests.

Lillsjön är ett 120 kvm stort hus med tre sovrum, stort vardagsrum med kamin, öppet kök och stor matplats med plats för 10 runt bordet. Huset har två inredda gästhus på gården med sovplatser, en stor veranda med utsikt över en sjö, en hästhage samt med sol under hela dagen och kvällen. Stor inhängnad tomt med goda parkeringsmöjligheter, bra utrymme för barn att leka.

Kyl, frys, kokplattor och mikrovågsugn. Modern mulltoalett och dusch i separat byggnad reserverad för gästen. 150 meter till strandlinjen med bryggor och 3 km till Wiks slott med stor barnvänlig badplats. Fina stigar och möjlighet till fiske, roddbåt, kanot. Ytterligare ett hus för 2-5 personer finns på tomten för uthyrning.

The house is a completely renovated croft from the 17th century with much preserved charm combined with all modern comforts. The house is surrounded by an open landscape with meadows and fields with cows. The forest is just around the corner. You can take an evening dip in one of the three bathing lakes that you go to in less than ten minutes. Child-friendly with trampoline, slide, travel cot and high chair. Large TV, fast internet and wallbox for electric cars.

Herrgården är perfekt för företagsgrupper, familjer och vänner som vill umgås i enskild miljö över en vecka eller en weekend. Max 16 personer. 30 min från Stockholm och Arlanda. Gården är omgiven av vacker natur, vandringsleder och mycket att upptäcka.

Båtsmanstorp en timmes resväg från Stockholm

Båtsmanstorp i lantligt Roslagen. Närhet till djur och natur. Varsamt renoverat torp med vedspis och öppen spis. Lummig, avskild och stor trädgård med många kultursorter av växter. Närmaste sjö är Erken där det finns flera olika badplatser och natursköna områden. Vid torpet finns vedeldad bastu. Det finns bra busskommunikation till exempelvis Stockholm eller Grisslehamn för dagsutflykter. Norrtälje stad är också ett trevligt utflyktsmål.

In this apartment you can stay 2 persons and a third small one. The apartment is settled 40 meters from the sea with our private jetty where it is beautiful to watch the sunset or go swimming. We have wifi (fiber) good for streaming.
