En charmerende 2 værelses lejlighed på 4. sal centralt beliggende lige ved den smukke havnefront Islands Brygge. Lejligheden ligger lige ved et busstoppested og i gåafstand til Tivoli, Rådhuspladsen og Metro. Islands Brygge har masser af liv, badning og hygge om sommeren og er en mere stille landsby i byen om vinteren. I lejligheden er der dog altid roligt. Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Ålabodarna Seaside is a wonderful small house right by the sea in the picturesque fishing village south of Helsingborg. Here the house sits beautifully nestled between the castle Örenäs Slott and the harbour with the sea on your doorstep. The amazing views stretches across to Ven and Denmark and all the way to the Öresund bridge on a clear day. Fancy a bite? There are two restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance.
