Living area is furnished with a sofa bed, smart TV/blankets. Kitchenette is equipped with an air fryer, microwave, mini fridge, and Keurig. Washer/dryer/detergent included. Bedroom has a smart TV and workspace with a private bathroom loaded with the essentials.

We Live in quiet, safe cul-de-sac. Mountains and lakes very close. Many restaurants. We are very friendly (see reviews). No Animals(ever) and no children under 12 years old, we are renting to adults 21 or older. Neighborhood noise curfew at 10:30 pm(strict) this is not a party house or FAMILY GATHERING PLACE.

This beautiful location is also a short walk to one of Utah’s top 10 waterfalls (Battle Creek Falls).

Off the main roads enough to be quiet, close enough to access the highway and mountains in 5 min. A nice bed, extra futon space, and free street parking. It's our little slice of heaven and we are excited to share it with you!
