Discover the charm of Vale de Prazeres with a stay in this beautifully renovated 100+ year-old stone home, located in the heart of the Portuguese countryside. With its cozy yet modern design—wooden floors, high ceilings, and plenty of natural light—this space is perfect for relaxing after exploring the Serra da Gardunha, Serra da Estrela or the nearby historic towns.

A 40m2 self-contained apartment on the ground floor of a traditional stone built farmhouse in a tranquil rural location. The apartment features a bedroom/living room with king side bed, sofa, smart TV, built in wardrobe, and dining table. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a wet-room and decked terrace with parasol and outdoor dining table. From May to October guests have use of a 6m x 3.75m pool and sun deck shared with the host who lives on site and guests in one other 2 person accommodation.

We are nestled in the beautiful rolling countryside just between the city of Castelo Branco & Fundao. This beautiful yurt is situated right on the edge of our land. In a lovely peaceful space between the trees, with a view to the Gardunha mountain. We offer a double bed, small kitchenette with pots & pans, gas cooker, fridge with small freezer compartment, compost toilet, shower & wood for the log burner in colder months. Comfy caravan, with all you need, located in the heart of nature. Wake up to the sounds of the birds. Very private and a great spot to escape and relax. Lovely views from the caravan and surrounding areas that reach as far as the historic village of Monsanto. Sunloungers and seating areas allow you to enjoy this view more comfortably. Please be aware that we are off-grid, so this may impact the use of electricity at night but very rarely in the summer.
