This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue. Tio km till centrala Malmö och två km till närmaste köpcenter med stor mataffär, många affärer, shopping och snabbmatsrestauranger. Busshållplats till Malmö ligger tio minuters promenad bort och bussresan till centrala Malmö tar ca 15 minuter. Lommas fina strand ligger 13 km bort och nås med bil på under 15 minuter.

Cozy cottage built 2014. This is a holiday let. We welcome private bookings. No work teams accepted. Two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with a bunkbed. Bedlinen and towels are included. Livingroom with a small selfcontained kitchenette with refrigerator. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Cot and highchair possible. We expect you to leave the house nice and clean.

Mysig 1-rumslägenhet för 2 personer, helt privat i uthyrarens villa. Lägenheten är utrustad med kokvrå och litet badrum med dusch. Lägenheten ligger i södra Lund (2km) till centrum, gångavstånd cirka 30 minuter. Utmärkta kommunikationer både till Lund centrum och till Malmö alldeles inpå knuten. Vackra parkomgivningar i närheten. Gångavstånd till utomhusbad sommartid.

Liten trädgårdsstuga 23m2,centralt

Den lilla stugan i min trädgård är enbart tillgänglig för korttidsuthyrning, max 45 dagar. Den rymmer på 23m2: sovrum, vardagsrum med pentrykök och wc+dusch. Stugan är inte stor men ren och trivsam. I sovrummet finns säng 120 cm och i vardagsrummet en 90 cm-soffa/ säng. Stugan lämpar sig bäst för en person men det går även att bo två gäster i den.
