Arriba consta en el exterior de porche, zona de piscina, zona comedor-barbacoa... En el interior Salon, cocina abierta al comedor, dormitorio principal con su baño, segundo dormitorio y tercer dormitorio compartiendo un baño. Abajo en el sotano con acesso del salon a traves una escalera se encuentra el cuarto dormitorio con 2 camas individuales.
