There is not direct access to the lake but can enter through owner's yard. This lake area is for mainly non-motored boats such as sail boats, kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, etc. We are 8miles from Portland International Airport, close to downtown shops, pubs, parks, and the waterfront. Our neighborhood is quiet & Burnt Bridge trail is close.

It is close to public transport (near a MAX light rail station), the airport and outdoor activities (the Columbia Gorge; Mt Hood) and is a 20-30 min drive to downtown. It's cozy (eclectic vintage style), a wooded 1-acre setting within the city limits, and has secure premises (electric gate). Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Please be advised that until September 2026, there will be construction on three homes behind our cottage. Work can begin at 7:00AM-7:00PM Mon-Fri., 9:00AM-5:00PM Sat.-Sun. There could be noise during those hours, which is out of our control.
